Your symposium registration fee entitles you to attend all events from Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006 through Saturday, Dec. 16, 2006.

You are also entitled to a $100 discount on fees for the special pre-convention events on Wednesday, Dec. 13, 2006. There will be an additional $135 fee for Spouse/Guest of meeting registrants (Not applicable to licensed healthcare professionals).

Please note that there is additional fee for attending the Wednesday Special Pre-Symposium Events. Refunds will be subject to $75 processing fee.

No refunds wll be made unless written notification has been recieved by Dec. 1, 2006.
