Our recent 25th anniversary meeting was highlighted by several
outstanding speakers who provided us with the most current,
evidence-based presentations in spinal care. Again, our faculty
represented a wide scope of specialties and disciplines within the
spinal care community. Consistent with our tradition, our program
offered a well rounded perspective on spinal care to a
multidisciplinary audience. The critiques submitted by our attendees
were most gratifying reflecting their appreciation for this program.
We had the pleasure of 36 highly qualified faculty, many of who have
faculty appointments. The majority of our faculty have published in
peer reviewed journals, newsletters, and have published books on the
subject of back and neck pain.
The majority of our faculty did very well with respect to the critique scoring. It would be too voluminous to list all of the faculty who achieved high scores in this program. The society however would like
to offer recognition to those faculty members who attained the top five
scores in this program. These five faculty members include Ted
Dreisinger, Ph.D., Ken Hsu, M.D., Daniel Wolens, M.D., Elizabeth
Genovese, M.D., and Scott Haldeman, M.D. Ph.D. D.C.
We are grateful to the entire faculty over these past 25 years who have
offered our attendees the benefit of their vast experience and expertise
and it is because of these distinguished faculty members who have
honored us over this past quarter century that the society continues to
be “alive and well.”
